NW winds (gusting to 25 mph) continued today and brought large numbers of
Turkey Vultures (149), Sharp-shinned Hawks (149), and Cooper's Hawks
(200). The 34 Northern Harriers may be a daily high count for the
Northeastern US.
Tomorrow will have light northerly winds before finally going onshore in
the afternoon. A few hawks are bound to be moving in the morning.
