Spring WorkOUTS: Thanks for
your input on our recent survey!  It
helped us to formulate our workout plans for April-June.  Starting in April, our Tuesday night,
Thursday night, and Saturday morning workouts will move outdoors, weather
permitting.  The default plan will be to
go outdoors and details will be communicated via Facebook and/or e-mail.  The first workout where this may occur is
next Thursday, April 2.  The tentative
plan is to start our Tuesday and Thursday night workouts at 6pm (locations TBD)
with Tuesday night including a bike/run brick and Thursday night being a bike
ride only.  Saturday mornings will
typically start sometime between 7am-8am at various locations and will include
a bike/run brick and a monthly open water swim.
For the bike rides, we will have a planned workout and will accommodate
multiple pace groups.  The backup plan in
case of inclement weather for all of these workouts is to move indoors at the
same time/location we’ve been using over the winter season (i.e. Tues 7:30pm
spin/run, Thurs 7:45pm trainer ride, Sat 7:15am trainer ride/brick run).  We are also likely to reinstitute Tuesday
night yoga sessions (probably starting at 8pm or 8:30pm).

As you can
see, still some details to be finalized so please monitor Facebook and e-mail
for updates as weather will play a large role in determining what we do for
each workout.  And let us know if you
have any questions/comments.

Who’s Next?: Our season
really gets rolling this weekend with the “Love Run” half marathon taking place
in Philadelphia.  We have a group of 50+
