As you may know, the fifth annual Bicycle and Pedestrian Counts will be happening in 40 cities across Washington on September 25, 26 and 27 and we still need volunteers in Tacoma!  If you have already volunteered to help out, thank you!  If you've already responded that you will be unable to this year, please ignore this message (or forward it on to a friend!).
If you are interested and able to volunteer for two hours between 7:00 to 9:00 AM or 4:00 to 6:00 PM, on September 25, 26 or 27, please sign-up for a shift herehttps://www.cervistech.com/acts/console.php?console_id=0100&console_type=event.  The website will only allow you to sign up for shifts on September 25, but please know that you can conduct the count on any one of the three dates you prefer (you'll just write the date you choose on your count form).
Sign-up for a 2-hour count shift here! https://www.cervistech.com/acts/console.php?console_id=0100&console_type=event
If you have any issues with registering, please e-mail mailto:tessa.greegor@cascadebicycleclub.org?subject=counts  or call me at 206.204.0913.
The data collected through this effort by hundreds of volunteers like you will support new and improved bicycle and pedestrian connections throughout Washington. We couldn't do it without your support!
I will touch base with each of the volunteers at the end of this week to provide additional count instructions and materials.
Please feel free to pass this message along to friends, family and coworkers!

Thanks for your continued help and interest in collecting meaningful data that supports bicycle-friendly communities!

Best,

Tessa Greegor
