To All -

What a great night! Wild, wet, and woolly. Some reefed, others didn't.
Nobody flew a spinnaker. The northwest wind (22 - 28 mph, according to
Sailflow) was shifty and puffy but dropped down by the end of the race to a
manageable 16 - 20 mph. Everyone seemed to have had fun and that's the point
of Wednesday Night racing.

Results are attached. Note we have several changes in the Fleet this year.
Encore and Imagine have switched to the Spinnaker Division, and we welcome
new racers in non-spinnaker Division 2 -- Lloyd Aanonsen in For 50, a brand
new Catalina 275, Paul Kelm racing the venerable Firefly, a C&C 29, and Dave
DeVries Celerity who usually races only on Sundays. Welcome to all.

Many thanks to the Race Committee (PRO) Bob Shoemaker, Howie Rinehart, and
Brad Sagona. They asked me to remind all racers that engines should be off
during your 5 minute count down.

See you on the water.
