The LR HOA held the monthly boardmeeting last night. Here are my notes on the meeting highlights for yourbenefit.

Homeowners discussion:

·       Only three resident members were present on theZoom call in addition to the board members.

·       Bruce Anderson pointed out that the annualmeeting minutes were still not posted even though that meeting was 6 months agoand this was now the 4th request. The error in the February minutesstill had not been corrected and the March minutes had an error because theyattributed a request for searchable HOA rules to him instead of the member whomade the request.

·       There were no other comments.

The board meeting was called toorder at 7:08 pm

The board requested shout outs andthe only comment was that the bulk container work went well.

One new owner has bought theirhouse virtually and reached out to the HOA president with questions.

Minutes of the previous meetingwere approved with the stipulation that homeowner names be removed in order tonot repeat the inaccuracy in the March minutes.

Reid declared that financialswould not be disclosed in the board meeting because I reported that informationto homeowners after the last meeting. (Apparently the board does not understandthat the information was shared through the discussion digest email which hasrestricted distribution only to homeowners, all of whom are entitled to knowabout the association’s financial status.) They stated that anyone who wants toreview the financials should make a request to Erinn Corkins.

Erinn gave the delinquency report.Fred Risen commented that a good delinquency report is a sign of a good neighborhood.

Reid reported on playgroundprogress. Rainbow apparently started to do some pressure washing and warrantyinspection but are not through yet due to weather problems. They have notresponded with information on plans for completion.

Old business:

The street sign work is notfinished yet. There was discussion about how to paint the lettering on thestreet signs but no decision was made. That was to be handled off line.

The bulk containers showed up onthe morning of May 14 instead of the afternoon but they were properly used without any overfilling.

New business:

Reid will talk with somecontractors about seal coating the streets. That would include repair of asphalt erosion and potholes. He expected to have recommendations for the Augustmeeting.

The next meeting will be June 16.As is typical there will not be a July meeting and the board hopes to beginface-to-face meetings in August.

Listed agenda items concerning thegraduation parade and movies in the park were not discussed. The meetingadjourned at 7:28 pm.
