How do most PUPers configure their Passagemaker to connect to International
Power, i.e. 110 versus 220 AC and 50 Hz or 60 Hz?

Designing "Portager" a transportable Passagemaker
Que Linda has a multiple-tap 50/60Hz shore power isolation transformer with
primary taps at 380,240, 220, 208, and 120 volts. We have two Trace SW4024
inverters which can supply 8KW of 240/120v power off the battery. We also
have a 240v 50/60Hz 24V 200amp battery charger. So all incoming shore power
is transformed to 240/120v which goes to the main ac buss.
On 50Hz, everything runs okay, either off 60Hz from the inverter or 50Hz off
the main buss. The only thing that doesn't run under 50Hz is the air
conditioner, and it could be upgraded to run on either frequency. Resistive
loads like heaters and cooking appliances run fine, motors generally run a
little slower and hotter.
