LSR Residents,

Spring is here.  While cleanup is on the “to do” list of many, some have already started.  Whether raking leaves, trimming trees or general cleanup in the yard or garage, your efforts are definitely showing the pride of the LSR community.

To assist in the cleanup and disposal process, the BODs have scheduled bulk pickup for this weekend.

As part of the services that Vaquero is providing to the residents of LSR, bulk pickup is scheduled for this weekend, the 13th of April through the 15th of April.  Pickup of the 40 ft. containers will be Monday morning the 16th.

During this time you will be able to take brush and bulk items for disposal to two locations.

One location will be at the cul-de-sac at the North end of Autumn Terrace with the second at the corner of Woodland Trace.

We ask that you be courteous and mindful to those who live around the  locations by putting all the items in the container and do not leave anything outside on the road.

Do not fill to the top.  There must be 2 ft clearance at the top for travel down the road.  Break down boxes and other items that you can to allow room for all.

No batteries, used oil, antifreeze, paint, tires, or other hazardous materials are permitted.

Thank you for being a great community.  If you see someone that needs help this weekend,  offer your assistance.  This attitude of caring defines LSR making it a great place to call home.

LSR-

Next weekend, we have scheduled to have two rollout containers placed in the neighborhood for Spring cleanup.  The containers will be dropped off late afternoon on March 8, 2019 with containers being picked up early Monday, March 11, 2019.

With Spring around the corner,  many have started the “to do” list for cleaning around the house and yard.  I certainly have taken advantage of warmer weather and getting outside.  Whether raking leaves, trimming trees or cleaning out that garage, your efforts are definitely showing the pride of the LSR community.

To assist in the cleanup and disposal process, the BODs have scheduled bulk pickup for next weekend.

As part of the services that Waste Connection is providing to the residents of LSR, bulk pickup is scheduled for the afternoon of the 8th of March through early morning on the 11th of March.

Pickup of the 40 ft. containers will be Monday early morning the 11th.

Good afternoon,

What a great turnout for the bulk pickup.

The container on Autumn Terrace is full with items over the top.  Please do not put anything else in the container.  They will not pick it up if we exceed the top side limit.

For the container at Woodland Trace do not fill to the top.  There must be 2 ft clearance at the top for travel down the road.  Break down boxes and other items that you can to allow room for all.

Remember no rocks, stones, batteries, oil, antifreeze, paint, tires, or other hazardous materials are permitted.
Appliances are permitted only if the Freon is removed.

	All,

We could really use a couple more dumpsters for bulk collection. 2 just doesn’t seem to be enough for our neighborhood. They fill up to quickly. And if you can’t make it out in the a.m. you are out of luck.

Agreed. This is the third year we could not get our large items to the
dumpster before it was full on the first day (and worse, residents then
have to haul the large items back home and unload again). Each time we paid
for private pickup after holding on to the large items for months waiting
for bulk pick up day. Residents have been asking for additional dumpsters
to accommodate everyone for years. Please consider.

    All,

We could really use a couple more dumpsters for bulk collection. 2 just

doesn’t seem to be enough for our neighborhood. They fill up to quickly.
And if you can’t make it out in the a.m. you are out of luck.

Thanks,John Castro

Good afternoon,

What a great turnout for the bulk pickup.

The container on Autumn Terrace is full with items over the top.

Please do not put anything else in the container.  They will not pick it

up

if we exceed the top side limit.

For the container at Woodland Trace do not fill to the top.  There

must

be 2 ft clearance at the top for travel down the road.  Break down boxes
and other items that you can to allow room for all.

Remember no rocks, stones, batteries, oil, antifreeze, paint, tires,

or

other hazardous materials are permitted.

Appliances are permitted only if the Freon is removed.

Thank you for your support.
