I have learned that the plaintiffs will be imminently amending their complaint again in San Francisco v. Trump, the sanctuary jurisdiction case. (I would at least email him today if you are interested even if you don't have sign-on approval yet so you can learn about timing). 1. I am not aware of any current plans to amend King County v. Trump again. That said, Jon indicated you should reach out to him (jon@publicrightsproject.org<mailto:jon@publicrightsproject.org>) if you are interested in joining this lawsuit or are interested in legal challenges related to grant conditions as there may be future opportunities and he would like to hear from you.
