Quarterly cleanup seem to be the answer...can this be arranged? We did not have an opportunity to dispose of big items...the dumpster was filled (and items were piled high)by Saturday pm. The dumpster on Woodland Trace has brush extending several feet above the sides. Waste Connection can not legally haul the dumpster if it has any materials over the top of the side.
