Hello All:

Abreojos is going to be in the Fort Myers area Friday or Saturday of this week. She is in need of a single 8D AGM Battery (Preferably a Lifeline brand)– yes, the big one. However, her crew has no wheels, and these batteries are awful heavy. It would be really hard to balance one of these on the handlebars of my old beach cruiser. Then there is the old core to deal with. Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions, hints, or advice? Perhaps someone can give us a lift or recommend a yard in the vicinity where we can pull in and do the old “switcherola” and be quickly and quietly on our way.

Napa has very competitive prices and will deliver at no additional cost, they will want the core exchange so have it out and ready.

If you go to Ft. Myers Beach, there is a wall to tie up to at Nervous Nellies and if you have dinner there they will let you stay overnight. Easy access to the delivery. West Marine is not too far maybe ten miles if someone is available to drive you. Maybe call them ask them the question.
