Bob, how many hours of increased  efficiency will it take to pay for  the
repair?

Pat: Grenada hadn't had a hurricane in 50 years, either. Until Ivan in  2004.
Then Emily in 2005. The law of averages is not kind. It isn't that  Bob was
unlucky; you were lucky.

and never had a problem.
