About Chinese BBS for PJSIP

Hi members,

I just browse Chinese BBS for PJSIP, and find very less themes and disscusstion messages in it. I tried to sign up and sign in, but it is stuck. What I want to know is whether the web site is availabe and managed by someone. I expect the BBS should be active and welcome, could we do something for it?
