I'm not sure what you mean "outa fuel". A truck load of bio diesel from one of their sponsors (http://www.betterbiodiesel.com/) pulled up on Thursday night. I thought they were leaving for Panama yesterday, but saw them idling out of Marina del Rey this afternoon. They were 8-10" lower in the water than Thursday.
