◦ Virtual Gator Fitness Challenge: Our ongoing workout tracking series
moves into week 6 today.  To participate all that you have to do is log
your workouts through comments on the weekly post under "Announcements"...
This is open to all Gators, Jr. Gators, Gator Tots, and family members.  To
date we have had 125 participants.  If you are not yet participating, why
not start this week?

• Monday 4/27:

◦ 7:05pm-8:20pm: Gators Zwift Cycling Meetup #4, "Whole Lotta Lava" course:

◦ 9pm: Weekly Club Leadership "Touch Base" Call: Since the "stay at home"
order in mid-March, our club leaders and head coaching team have been
meeting for a weekly touch base call to discuss how we can best serve you
during this time.  If you have any input for these meetings, please let us
know by sending a message to any of our leaders including our officers Gina
Stango, Chris Townsley, Lynn Berkhimer-Seuberling, and Don Mack or our head
coaching team that includes Logan Washburn, Brian Kozera, and Dre Barber.

• Wednesday 4/29, 7:05pm: Gators Zwift Cycling Race #1: 3R Volcano Reverse
50K... There are races all of the time on Zwift and we decided we'd try
one, which is about 31 miles in length, as a group event... Unlike a
meetup, there is no need to be invited, so you can simply show up for the
race by selecting the event.  Here is a link to our Facebook event with
more information... https://www.facebook.com/events/238773253994282/

• Friday 5/1 - Sunday 5/3: IRONMAN VR5 - Half IRONMAN Duathlon: Since our
participation has been strong in the IRONMAN virtual racing series, which
includes a duathlon format (run/bike/run) over 3 distances (Half IRONMAN,
Olympic, and Sprint), we are continuing to promote it.  For more details
about the IRONMAN Virtual Club and the VR series (and other challenges), go
to this link... https://www.ironmanvirtualclub.com/

• Saturday 5/2, 6am-8pm: Gator Done Fun Run Virtual 14 Hour Relay: We're
taking turns running and/or walking as far as we can in an hour before
virtually passing the baton to the next runner (or runners).  Karen Dunn
will kick things off at 6am and Paul Kratzinger will bring us home between
7pm-8pm.  We currently have at least one runner for every slot during the
day but we definitely welcome more.  To participate all that we need is for
you to indicate "Going" on the event and then post a comment with your
desired hour (starting at the top of any hour from 7am to 6pm).  See the
"Event" for more details... https://www.facebook.com/events/230400278189744/

Stay safe and have a great week!
