Not a PDQ owner but new to ownership of a power cat (Zeta 42 planing cat) from sail. The thing is a great glass greenhouse, and heat builds up very quickly, so I would opt for the overhead hatches. We have the bus heater - it's very noisy and cheap and nasty and we don't use it at all on account of the noise, preferring to use the hot air diesel furnace - so I recommend that you listen to one in action before relying on it as a heat source (they may make quiet ones now). Otherwise we are enjoying the many advantages that the cat offers.
