To all Wednesday Night  Competitors -
Below highlighted in yellow is a  document that Howie Rinehart put together
and posted for Bob Shoemaker and  myself to mitigate the recent kerfuffle
of too many boats starting at  one time. The change allows the non-Spinnaker
boats Division "C" and "D" to have  their own starts. This was posted on
July 13th, 2011.

Howie,  Good move.  Luckily we happen to have house guests from Scotland at the moment;  they enlightened me as to the meaning of kerfuffle or, carfuffle in the original Scots.
