Gents, I don't know what is going in within in Quins club, but I'm sorry to say no one has any right to say anything about selections , from what I've seen in the few matches I've seen this season, our team has literally lost the heart to compete, I could hear the other team on the other sideline talking about what they wanted to do after the match more than I could hear our own players on the field getting each other back in the match, that was great we won the last match of the regular fall season, but someone really needs to step up, Captains be captains, when your down in a D3 match, get them fired up, and the sidelines should be on your ass if your not, or someone step up and be a leader, it doesn't need to be the same player all the time, make a name for yourself, don't expect anyone to hand you anything. If being selected was easy, everyone would be selected, but just like college football rankings, someone has something to say about something and if your pissed about not being selected, then get off your ass, get in the gym, get on a treadmill and work 10 times harder than everyone else, and you'll be the one sitting on top rather than complaining you didn't get picked, I had the same thing happen in my club and I was pissed too, but I did something about it and made the select side then went on to even better things. So you can choose to let this separate you as a team and brothers or have it become a driving point to better not only as players but as men, because it's really sounding pretty childish people complaining how he got selected and I didn't, and I'm not the only one noticing, trust me.
