*Tacoma, WA - *The Destiny City Film Festival will present a free film
industry panel at the Blue Mouse Theatre at 2:15pm on Saturday, February
29th. Representation: Women in Film will be an all-female panel featuring
professionals who work in various aspects of the film industry both here in

known for bringing strong female characters to the forefront of her work,
specifically in the internationally acclaimed feature film Three Veils.

and Women in Film, novelist, and writer/director for Zombie Orpheus
Entertainment’s award-winning fantasy TV series, Strowlers. Rounding out
the panel is Laura Seay, a DCFF alumna based in Los Angeles, working as an
actress, writer and director for both theatrical and commercial content.
She is currently developing the feature length version of the DCFF
award-winning short film Speak.
