Hey Fred, with that comment (made in jest I am sure), it is clear that you have never spend June thru end of Oct, on the coast of Southern New Jersey. Long Beach Island, Ocean City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood, Cape May, and many others. "No stinky" air, just beautiful white sand beaches and water temps mid summer till end of Sept, in the low to mid 70's. Come on down, with your American Tug, and spend a few weeks at many of the fine marinas (or anchor out in the bays) along this part of the NJ Coast.
Fred, what is the depth along the sides of your new (GREAT DOCK) dock? Might try and visit you with my KKY 44 (4' 6" light load depth).
