Please join the Salmon Enhancement Group and other local conservation organizations including: Harbor Wildwatch, Puget Sound Partnership, Pierce County Shellfish Partners and more at *Penrose Point State Park on August 3rd from 11am to 3pm.* Harbor Wildwatch will have a touch tanks where you can meet our local beach residents such as sea stars, moon sails, anemones, and much more. Also, the Salmon Enhancement Group will be selecting volunteer biologists (no experience necessary!)to help collect important pre-project data regarding the marine creatures currently using the beach.
