The dogs in Southeastern Oklahoma are out of control.  Does anyone have what they consider to be a great set of animal control ordinances to guide me?It appears that those in a few of my towns are in need of revisions and updating.
All information appreciated.
Thanking you in advance,

My experience has been that small communities do not have adequate facilities to house stray animals or to euthanize them.  Perhaps a joint trust could be created with interested communities to pool funds to provide a central animal shelter facility.  As with other municipal needs money is always the driving factor.
