I found a Short-billed /Common Gull this morning in the North Windham Walmart parking lot. This is a different individual than the long staying Eurp Common Gull. Many photos were taken and hopefully a conclusion will be made soon. Phil Rusch Chaplin, CT Sent from my I-phone
