As a reminder, this list offers the "daily digest" format.  In one email you receive all the notes of the day, nicely indexed at the top.  This allows you to scan notes quickly, skip over the teenage ones (if any), and delve into the helpful ones (the vast majority).  You can set that option in your profile.
