Not sure if this was from my email but I would like to clarify that I equally encourage people to help volunteer for the Rocky Mountain challenge, as Jason, Bennett, and myself did today.

Thanks Rob and Mikhail.
This is part of the culture of this club that needs to change. I realize that we are a rugby team but also have an obligation to do more.
If you want a no strings attached sport, there are plenty of kickball, softball and soccer leagues you can sign up for.
With the rugby brotherhood comes work and dedication.
Cheers,
Tom-

Subject: Re: [Rhino] Blue Goose playing in Breckenridge
Those of you who know me, know I have never called people out on here but I have to say I am pretty disappointed in the Quins right now:
WTF am I doing helping volunteer on Sunday if everyone seems to be free to do other things this weekend? I'm in grad school, working my ass off for my job and don't even plan to play. I do volunteer work with other groups and have a crap ton I need to do on my house. I haven't had a free weekend in 6 weeks, this being the first and I stepped up as it looked like the team needed help.
I jumped in as the silence seemed to indicate a lack of availability. Hate to say it, guys, but this is horse shit. It shows a lack of respect to the coach, team president, your fellow teammates and Old Boys to have so few responses to the call for a couple hours of volunteer help while using the same email list to plan other activities.
I get that some people have legitimate conflicts but there are WAY too many names on this chain for the amount of crickets that could be heard when asked to step up.
Apologies, if I'm off the mark here. This is just how it appears from what I've seen on these emails this past week.

Guys-
gentlemen of the Blue Goose are playing Vail tomorrow as well and is a good chance to get some time in. I'll be leaving town around 1030 - 11, can fit a few more and would plan to come back after if anyone wants to come up and play. Should be a fun day!

Harlequins,
Denver 7's is fast approaching (Next Saturday, June 27) and we need to put together a player pool for this tournament. We have 1 confirmed team in the social division and we have had about 20 guys out to training this summer. If you are interested in playing please let me know ASAP so I can get a roster together. If we are pushing 30 guys I would like to see us get another team in so guys can get more than a few minutes of playing time; but I need to know by tomorrow. You can find additional information for the tournament at the web address below. This tournament is not covered under summer dues and will be $20 per person.
Please reply with your confirmation to me and I will send out a list at the end of the day.
Go Quins!
