We’re looking for a trawler to do the Great Loop. Our ideal boat would be: - 32-34 foot (34 ft maximum) trawler - single screw, diesel with bow thruster - one stateroom and one head - well maintained - under $100K - in Florida We prefer: - Europa style with covered walkways - under 300 HP diesel - minimal exterior teak - a covered cockpit, an isinglass enclosed fly bridge - outfitted and ready for long trips (i.e. generator and inverter) - newer than 1987 Planned use: many days spent swinging on the hook, doing the Great Loop.
