If you've nominated an individual or group in the past that you'd like to nominate again for consideration by this year's Citizens Recognition Committee, you are welcome to do so as long as you submit your nomination using a 2012 nomination form<http://cms.cityoftacoma.org/CRO/2012CODNominationeForm.pdf>, your nominee(s) meet the qualifying criteria below, and your nomination is submitted by no later than Friday, Jan. 13, 2012.
