James,

I am the proud owner of a 2006 Cumberland 44 (forerunner of the 46) that
we run as crewed charter vessel in the UK and my experience contrasts
rather markedly to the comments from Michael. I have never had problems
getting warranty support for the few minor problems I have encountered and
the dealer support from Karen and Paul at Micats (UK agents) has been 1st
class. I therefore think it is mainly a US dealer issue that Michael has
perhaps. If you want a longer discussion feel free to mail me and we can
arrange a chat or if you want a look around Lady Kristiana down in Torquay
perhaps I would be pleased to show her off to you.

Dear James,
Congrats on your F-P Cumberland 44. I visited your site, and admired
your photos. One point, you refer to ther boat as a Cat. A vessel.
Are we referring to the listing/coding below?

Thanks,
Rupert.

wind force F8 (Beaufort scale) and significant wave heights of 4m and
above, and the vessel largely self-sufficient.

and including wind force F8 and significant wave heights up to and
including 4m may be experienced.

C - Inshore: Designed for voyages in coastal waters, large bays,
