I have never had problems getting warranty support for the few minor problems I have encountered and the dealer support from Karen and Paul at Micats (UK agents) has been 1st class. I therefore think it is mainly a US dealer issue that Michael has perhaps. B - Offshore: Designed for offshore voyages where conditions up to and including wind force F8 and significant wave heights up to and including 4m may be experienced. C - Inshore: Designed for voyages in coastal waters, large bays, estuaries, lakes and rivers where conditions up to and including wind force F6 and significant wave heights up to and including 2m may be experienced.
