Renowned Chicago harpsichordist David Schrader with flutist Jeffrey Cohan play works for obbligato harpsichord with flute by Johann Sebastian and Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, Joseph Bodin de Boismortier, Georg Philipp Telemann, Georg Benda and Elisabeth Jacquet de la Guerre alongside works for solo harpsichord by Domenico Scarlatti and Johann Sebastian Bach this Monday, March 27 at 7:00 PM at St. Luke's Memorial Episcopal Church in Tacoma. Harpsichordist, organist and pianist David Schrader has performed as featured soloist with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra under Neeme Järvi, with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Sir Georg Solti, Claudio Abbado, Daniel Barenboim, Pierre Boulez and Erich Leinsdorf, and with many other orchestras and for music festivals in Europe and throughout the USA and Canada. Jeffrey Cohan can "play many superstar flutists one might name under the table" according to the New York Times.
