Listmates - I represent a town that recently lost its Town Administrator.
They have published a notice requesting applicants and are wanting to hold
a special meeting to consider the applicants review the resume's
and applications and interview the applicants. I also think they may make
a hiring decision during the meeting. There are only three applicants at
this time. I understand that in the past they have interviewed all
applicants in executive session with all Board members interviewing the
applicants. It is a Board of Trustees form of Government.
I would appreciate some insight into how others have approached the
interview process and any sample agenda item wording for this.
Thanks in advance.
