Greater White-fronted Goose; Thursday at noon in the pond at Waterside Crossing in Windsor; also 3 Ravens being harassed by crows.
Mute Swan (pair); Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in the large pond on southeast side of Holcomb Street in East Granby (approximately half way between Routes 189 and 20). Uncommon in the Farmington River Valley, the swans have been regular since spring.
Eastern Phoebe; observed Tuesday on Simsbury Land Trust property along Terry's Plain Road. (Bird not found on Wednesday.) Also 14 Horned Larks and a probable flock of American Pipits.
