Hi Paul, Last year the requirement was ONE hour before the first gun. Even then, Race Committee was not always there. It's the responsibility of the Race Committee to have GUIDANCE ON STATION for the VOLUNTEERS to get the gear where it needs to go and help with launching the two boats. Wednesday night races first gun at 6:00 PM Are we supposed to get people out of work early so they can be at the club by 4:00PM ? I don't think that's going to happen. It doesn't take two hours to prep the boats if the equipment is in working order. If the equipment is not in working order, it's not the volunteers responsibility to fix it. Could you please provide me with your list of race committee personnel work assignments and times they will be on station at the club to prep the patrol boats?
