Eight of The McKinley Artist Lofts units have income restrictions and all will be targeted toward artists. One of the many highlights of this unique development is its live/work concept. What is Live/Work? Traditionally and historically, living in the workplace isn’t a new idea. In this country, up until the 20th century it was commonplace for business owners to live above or adjacent to their place of business.
