Need to borrow: low power 2M driver (+13 dBm input)

Anyone in the group have an amplifier to loan over the Xmas holidays
that can turn around +13 dBm at 144 MHz into a watt or more, continuous
duty?  Doesn't need to be linear as this will be for a CW signal.

I had a surplus VHF Amp. board several years ago that *might* do the trick. It's just the board, so we'd have to mount it on a heatsink, etc. though. Made it back from my trip to Colorado. Interesting place to visit. See attached picture.
