I have a linear brick built up in an aluminum box that requires 12 - 15 vdc. Guess what...... it also has SMA in and output thingies! I had a surplus VHF Amp. board several years ago that *might* do the trick. It's just the board, so we'd have to mount it on a heatsink, etc. though. Made it back from my trip to Colorado. Interesting place to visit. See attached picture.
