Painter seeks 1-3 others to share a large studio space in The Merlino Art Center. It could work as a painter’s studio, or as a graphic designer’s or a digital photographer’s computer workspace, a life-drawing space, or even as a meditation space. Or something else I haven’t even thought of. I’ve been painting and teaching in the space for 5 years and love it there - the other tenants, the handyman, the landlady - and of course Corina Bakery's goodies :) More painters have recently moved in to the building and the creative energy and connection is growing - including a monthly presence on Third Thursdays. It just seems like the right time to share my space and grow it even more. The rent will depend on the total number of people who end up sharing the space, between $350–$650/month, utilities included. (Currently there's no wi-fi, but it can be installed.) Interested?
