Hi to Georgs & Everyone,

We are new members to the list Sue and Graeme Gardner, from Sunshine Coast
Queensland, Australia.

GG (Graeme) has been involved in boating most of his life mostly planing
catamarans for the purpose of sports and game fishing.  Now we are waiting
for delivery of our new 42 foot displacement catamaran.  The boat has been
designed and built by Peter Brady at Brisbane boat yards, Queensland and
delivery we are hoping will be within in the next 6-8 weeks.

We are planning to cruise up the east coat of Queensland through the
Whitsundays and Barrier Reef for our initial adventure.

A few quick stats on the boat - l.o.a. 42 feet, beam 18 feet, power twin 250
hp styer diesels, cruise speeds approx. 18 knots top speed around 25 knots,

The boat has hopefully most of all the comforts of home, also with sports
fishing & cruising in mind and, we are ready to go.

I've already picked up some tips from the archives that I've read, & we look
forward to reading more and sharing our experiences.

Kind regards

GG & Sue

Great to have you aboard!

So I can introduce you to the group, how about a few sentences about
your boating background and your interest in power catamarans? In
what part of the world are you located?
