Fellow Municipal Attorneys:

I would like to give a BIG shout out to David Weatherford and his team for their preparation and dissemination of the CARES Act Funding Manual.  Because there are so many competing interests for your time, I thought that it might be helpful to send you all Word versions of the Resolutions necessary for your cities and towns to apply for the funding.  I have attached Resolutions that I prepared for three (3) of my clients: Wynona (a Town without a Police Department during the pandemic), Luther (a Town with a Police Department and a volunteer Fire Department), and Bristow (a City with a Police Department and a Fire Department).  I have also attached Word versions of the Resolutions prepared by David.  Importantly, I have NO pride of authorship in these, but thought that it might be helpful to have these at your fingertips as your municipality moves forward with the application process.

Have a GREAT weekend!
