I have updated the user manual to include functionality added as part of
releases 3.3 and 4.0. Please take a look and let me know if you have any
questions/comments/edits before I post to the wiki. Thanks!

Thanks, Megan!  The User Manual update to version 4.0 looks great!

A handful of - all minor - comments appear below.

Thanks,
Aron

  1. On p. 30, when using "Create new from existing," we say that "Only
field data will be copied over to the new record; relationships are
not duplicated."  Do we also need to explain that a few selected
fields (e.g. identification numbers) may not be copied over, or is
    that confusing?

  2. On p. 31, running a report, we say that "Your operating system will
prompt you to save the file to your computer."  We might say instead,
"Your browser will either display the report in a new window or tab,
or prompt you to save the report as a file to your computer."

  3. On p. 33, tabs, we say that "The tab on the far left is the Primary
tab for the record type you’re editing ..."  Should we say "The
Current Record tab on the far left ..."?

  4. On p. 34, relating records, we say "To add a brand-new Cataloging
record, select the + Add record button on the right."  I'd suggest
starting this with "To add a brand-new Cataloging record and relate it
    to your current record ..."

  5. On p. 39, structured dates, we might mention that the Esc key can
also be used to close the dialog.

  6. On p. 47, procedures, do we want to mention that the sample Lifesci
museum profile also includes a Taxonomy authority, or would that just
    be confusing?

  7. Also on p. 47, we note that "The core schema in CollectionSpace may
be extended for domain- or organization-specific implementations.
Visit the Try CollectionSpace section of the project website to learn
more about configuring and customizing the core schema."

Two suggestions: change "configuring and customizing" to "configuring
and extending" in the second sentence, and link to some other page -
perhaps the Documentation wiki? - rather than to Try CollectionSpace
(http://www.collectionspace.org/try_collectionspace).  The 'Try' page
doesn't seem to provide any actionable documentation itself, and a
user would then need to locate the (possibly below the fold)
Documentation button to.
