Position at Reid Inlet:      58D51.029'N 136D48.453'W
Noon                        91 nm, 167 km.
Avg. speed:                  kts  kph
Course bearing:              None
Sea state:                  Seas calm
Wx:            Wind SW 0 to 5 kts (0to 10km),  cloudy early some sun later
Water temp:                  6.00C
Crew:                        Ben, Brad & Kevin
Remarks:
Fog for a bit, then slowly improved.  We got pictures of "Idlewild" in front
of Lamplugh Glacier, then went up to Johns Hopkins Glacer, but a lot of ice;
so only went within one and a half miles.
Went back to Reid Inlet to anchor for the night with 3 other boats.  One of
those really great days, and a perfect anchorage within a quarter mile of
the glacier, and a great night's sleep.  Up at 07:30, breakfast, beautiful
sunshine; then take dinghy to shore, and hike up the side of the mountain
for pictures of boat & glacier from a ways up.  Saw tracks of a big bear,
but no bear.  By noon pick up some 2,000 ? year old ice and prepare to
depart for Tarr Inlet and more glaciers.
