I have a bird that is very promising for female Tufted Duck at Shirley’s Bay boat launch. It is about 200 meters out and slightly east of the boat launch. Heavy snow isn’t helping viewing but I noticed very promising field marks including a short tuft at the rear of its head Will update shortly Jon
