One of the problems in using such a cumbersome communication as the discussion digest is that it is so slow that comments can easily get mixed up. I received the surveymonkey well before the explanation in the discussion digest which is why I expressed my concerns with how it was sent.  My comments that this in not the correct way to handle this are still valid. All; This is not legally valid. The Board cannot legally vote amongst themselves to “correct” anything. This is an attempt to amend the covenants, which cannot be done this way. I would suggest that the Board has been in continued violation by failing to hold elections for the 4th and 5th board members. Does the Board have minutes of a vote to amend the restrictions at any time in the last four years? If the answer is “no”, the board must immediately hold elections for the 4th and 5th seats.
