Ron,

yes the boat is tilted, but not nearly so far as last winter.  I have it
leaning against the riverbank this time.

The crane can't get any closer than 20 feet from the bank, then there's a
10 foot wide platform and there the dock begins its 40 foot run.  So the
crane needs more than a 70 foot reach distance.  And it can't reach
straight out, needs to be maybe 45 degrees, so already we're over 100-120
feet.

Besides, this way, if the neighbor parks in my yard again, I can simply
yank it right off the ground and park it on their roof.
