View all threadsReluctantly decided to sell my 2005 Albin 35 Command Bridge.
White hull.
Larger Yanmar 440 HP diesel option, 335 hours. Northern Lights generator,
about 150 hours. Factory half-hardtop, bowthruster, air-conditioning, Lewmar
windlass, two refrigerators, electric stove with oven, microwave, Vacu-flush
head, 260 gal fuel, 100 gal water, 30 gal holding tank.
Garmin 2010C GPS, JRC radar, VHF, Garmin autopilot, sound system.
Has newer command bridge deck configuration with larger cockpit, improved
engine access, better bridge access.
The Albin 35 Command Bridge has a large stateroom forward with queen berth
and huge array of lockers and drawers. Big head with separate shower.
Main cabin has in-line galley to port and large U-shaped settee to
starboard. Good-sized cockpit with cockpit door and swim platform. Bridge
can hold four people, good sightlines everywhere. Very easy to handle, even
singlehanded, wide side decks, ample big cleats, easy to maintain. Very well
suited to a couple cruising.
With the 440 Yanmar the boat cruises effortlessly at 18 knots, can cruise at
20 knots. Not sure about fuel consumption - I would estimate fuel burn of 12
gph at 18 knots.
The boat is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Recent survey
available. In the water in Jamestown, RI. Price $150,000.
