This boat was completely overhauled within the last two years.  A new bottom
was done in 2009.  Our beautiful boat sleeps six. The salon has a large L
shape teak dinette with new Sunbrella cushions. The large salon has port and
starboard doors, chart table with map drawer, leather chair with ottoman and
two stools.  Lower helm station is to starboard.

The large galley is down, open to the salon and has lots of storage.  The
adjacent half bath has a vented Splendide washer/dryer combo.
Forward stateroom has large V-berths with filler.  Mattress and cushions
have Sunbrella covers.  There are many drawers and storage in this forward
area.

All 17 windows are Sea Glaze with screens, the salon has Sunbrella privacy
shades, storage below dinette seats, teak walls with teak parquet floors
make this an exceptionally attractive area.

type that run the house bank, one battery is for the generator, one battery
is for the main engine
Two batteries (in series, 24V) to run the bow and stern thrusters and

The boat has aluminum railings and the teak decks have been removed. The
large bridge is covered and has a Strataglass enclosure, aluminum railings,
Sunbrella cushions, storage below seats, three swivel chairs and can seat
ten. The master stateroom has a queen bed and bath with a tub/shower
combination.  It also has an exit hatch.

Two air and heat systems keep the boat very comfortable - one is a 22,000
BTU system and the other is a 9,000 BTU system.
