city tribal joint venture
Does anyone have a template for a municipal trust/tribal joint venture
agreement? I realize this is very broad, but I would like to see any
agreements regardless of the project being contemplated. Also, if anyone
knows of any obvious limitations on entering into a joint venture between a
municipality or public trust and a tribal entity - any information would be
greatly appreciated.

I read a recent case where the tribal waiver of sovereign immunity in a contract was enforced where it was approved in accordance with the tribe’s constitution. That would be important. Otherwise, in event of a disagreement you would be in tribal court.
