Greetings Music Fans, I hope everyone's New Year's Eve was pleasant and that this coming year brings you much peace, joy, and laughter. The Kareem Kandi World Orchestra is hitting the ground running with several performances this week if you're in the mood for some live music. Friday Jan. 5th we'll be performing at McGilvras in Seattle WA. I'll be joined by Greg Feingold on bass. 7:30pm to 10pm, all ages welcome, no cover charge. Saturday Jan 6th we'll be performing at The Happy Duo Cafe in University Place WA. I'll be joined by Paul Gabrielson on bass and Jacques Willis on drums. 1pm to 3pm, all ages welcome, no cover charge. Sunday Jan. 7th we'll be performing at The Spanish Ballroom in Tacoma WA. I'll be joined by Michael Glynn on bass, Jacques Willis on drums, and special guest Mason Hargrove on guitar. We'll also be featuring several students from our Weekly Jazz Workshop. 12pm to 3pm, all ages welcome, no cover charge.
