12/22/14 - Stamford, Cove Island Park -- PAINTED BUNTING south of the
tennis courts and south of the wet area in a fallen tree. The tennis
courts are just north of Cove Island Wildlife Sanctuary.

12/22/14 - Stamford, Cove Island Park -- 10:10 AM to 2:10 PM; Corner
of Weed Ave and Cove Rd, Painted Bunting seen at 11:13 to 11:17 AM.
11:33 to 11:34 AM; Painted Bunting in the woods behind the tennis
court. Walk on the left side of the court at the corner take the path
to the left. You'll  come to a wet area on your right near and fire
pit look around the water area and the fallen tree to your left. Also
in the woods 3 Fox Sparrows, 3 Winter Wrens.

12/22/14 - Windsor Locks, yard -- Common Raven.

12/22/14 - ?????, Winslow Park -- PINE SISKIN.

12/22/14 - Haddam, Haddam Meadows -- 1 Northern Shrike at 10:40 AM on
tall tree top to the right of the yellow gate into old fish hatchery
area; gate is opposite boat ramp.

12/22/14 - Stratford, Birdseye Boat Ramp -- noon; two American
Bitterns. One flew toward cove to south. Second was hunkered down in
crushed grasses south of parking area.

12/22/14 - Middlefield, Lyman Orchards corn maze field at the corners
of Routes 157 and 147 -- Four SNOW GEESE (two adults and two
immatures) still around as of Monday morning.

12/22/14 - ?????, Goodwin Park -- The Greater White-Fronted Goose
continues (with the large flock of several hundred Canada Geese)
around noon, but unfortunately a 20-minute search did not reveal the
Cackling Goose also reported.

12/22/14 - East Windsor, Broad Brook section, Mill Pond -- 24 Northern
Pintail continue.
Along Rt 191 -- Yellow-bellied Sapsucker (and a rather close BOBCAT).

12/21/14 - Stratford, CBC in our coastal portion -- AMERICAN BITTERN,
2 NORTHERN GANNETS.

12/21/14 - Westport CBC Circle -- Northern Goshawk, Eurasian Widgeon,
Northern Shoveler, American White Pelican, Orange-crowned Warbler.

12/21/14 - Stratford-Milford CBC, Milford Point & vicinity -- EURASIAN
WIGEON (continuing drake at Jonathan Law HS pond), 2 White-winged
Scoter (Milford Pt), AMERICAN BITTERN (flying over marsh at Milford
Pt), 2 Winter Wren (Milford Pt and Court Street boat ramp), 34 Snow
Bunting (Milford Pt sandbars).

Short-eared Owl (chased through the park by 7 American Crows).
