Remarks:
So much for calm seas.  Wind slowly picked-up all afternoon until 25 Kts (46
km) by midnight and 30 gusting to 40kts (75 km) by 08:00.  Short, choppy
seas.  It was on the bow, and slowed us considerably, as well as pounded
bad.  Since Nome, going south, we have lost 3 hours, 9 minutes of sunlight,
and a bunch of twilight to 17:11 of sunlight and darkness for a few hours at
night now.
We'll stop at the village of False Pass a day or two until better weather.
