Tug 44 is now floating alongside the dock and all is well. She popped up last evening around dinner time, and later I moved her back to the dock where she is now. This weekend I'll check all the thru-hulls and then start her up and take a little cruise. I'll be blocked in between the locks on my little 2 mile section, but after 5 months of staring at nothing but mud, that'll be great! And there's a rumour going round they may open a few days early, instead of the scheduled opening on May 1, Tuesday. We shall see. What a wonderful morning, bright sunshine, and a floating boat!
