Portland, OR was recently sued over stormwater fees imposed on the airport. The airline industry has sued claiming that the Airport Airway and Improvement Act prohibits local fees imposed on airports (that are then passed along) at least that's my understanding. Anyone know anything about this effort, have you been threatened any suggestions for dealing with this? Chuck Charles W.
