The Annual HOA Meeting will be held virtually this year.  You didn’t see that coming, I’m sure.  A notice was sent by email Oct. 5th with the meeting packets mailed Oct. 8th to each homeowner.  Included in that packet is a ballot that  will be used for the official election tally as well to establish quorum.  It is important that you return your ballot to Oct. 26th so we achieve quorum and conduct our meeting on Wednesday October 28th.

If you need tech support for viewing the meeting, please reach out.  We want you to be part of this event.

Even though we have had a tough year, we have accomplished some great things that we will talk about.  I have included a letter in the mailed packet that talks about the year in review but also the year ahead.  Some of the memorable highlights are:

Fall Display and Celebration at the Coopers
Santa Visit with crafts and treats
Best Decorated House and Street
Spring Chalk Decorating Contest
Graduation Celebration Parade
Upgraded front Entrance System/ Keypad
There were several activities and events we couldn't hold due to COVID.
End of School Celebration
Spring Celebration with Food Trucks
Annual Garage Sale
Movies in the Park
Concert in the Park
These are still events expensed and planned for 2021.

Moving forward, we have also expensed the following improvements to our community. We want to lead by example and take pride by having a first class neighborhood when you drive in.  There are several areas that will be addressed.  We will discuss more in our meeting on the 28th.  Here are the top areas.
First—-Replace the Playground Equipment-- This has been a concern to many parents that have children and use the equipment on a daily basis.  It will be replaced.
Replace the dead trees and update landscaping in the front area
Repair and Top Coat the asphalt streets
Repaint the street signs
Update our website to be more user friendly and content of value
Even through the tough times, you will find we are a resilient community.  Each of you have helped and supported each other by doing acts of kindness and love.  For those unable to get out for groceries or other needs, you have stepped up.  A few acts of kindness are delivering groceries and sending emails of encouragement to each other.  This is a great community because of each of you.

Thank you each for your continued commitment to this neighborhood.  That’s why I love to call LSR my home.
We are here to serve you.
